The Journey Of A Revolution

2 years ago I left to complete my first teacher training.
I never thought that these journey was going to bring so much to my life. I never thought I'd be a youth leader or a inspirational speaker because of yoga or that I could coach someone. I never thought I could be so passionate about teaching vulnerable youth or that I could mentor youth workers. Today the journey is fully different to what I could think was possible. Because 2 years ago I was still doubting myself, and today I am so freaking proud of being an awesome youth leader, coach, a funny inspirational speaker and a creative and accessible yoga teacher that doesn't include the endless list of new goals and dreams or projects that I am still working on. I spoke 2 years ago about a revolution. A revolution of love and self respect and 2 years on it I can say that these is the best one!

Keep watching the space because I am only starting with it! A lot of more work needs to be done. I will still work hard for the vulnerable kids of NZ and for them to have access to the Yoga program I've designed almost 2 years ago and that I still run every week.

The dream is big but hey! If your dreams are not big enough to scared you they are not dreams!

Thank you for the support!

Let's celebrate the good things!! What are you proud of? Let's share it! =)

Inspiring Women

A few months ago I was privileged to be invited to do a speech for this event .. and even though I was told nothing like Tedx... I turned into Tedx mode and the same day I started working on my speech lol 😂... this really amazed the manager of Lulu because within days I asked her if she wanted to see my speech before hand ( this was in March lol 😆) and now I just found myself working on the speech AGAIN!!!!! You know that there is passion when you breath your work! And LIVE your work! Now I am ready to inspire more people in Chch, this time around Women! And I cannot wait to share my journey of Self love, Courage and Passion! I am so honored to carry on my journey as an Inspirational Speaker ( cos you all know how much I like to talk 😅) I am ready Lulu! Even if this is next week! 😂

How as women we can encourage each other? Any ideas?

No one is you and that is your power

Embrace it! Use it in your favor! No one has your uniqueness! Don't try someone else's uniqueness because it doesn't suit you! Your own uniqueness suits you! There is so much beauty in every individual is just that sometimes we chose to look someone else's mirror and I invite you to stand up in front of your own mirror and admire your beauty and uniqueness! If I ask you what you don't like about yourself you'd probably answer in 3 seconds but if instead I ask you what do you like about yourself, you'd probably take 10 minutes to answer and maybe you'd answer me I don't know. Why is that? That is the clear message that you need to look in within yourself and love every single bit of you! From the horrible scars even your past! It is our past, mistakes and failure what gives us the opportunity to be the best version of ourselves or the worse... your choice.

Have an beautiful day! And let someone know that their uniqueness is freaking awesome.

How kind are you to yourself?

Pachamama

Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet.- Thich Nhat Hanh

Your words mean nothing if your actions reflect something else.

How the Pachamama (Our Mother Earth) respond to us is a reflection of our choices!
If you agree that our Earth is not looked after, or that we are can do much more, I will invite you to look in within again!
I often find myself finding things that others can do better about our earth, until someone made me see that my actions weren't reflecting my words as I was a bit ignorant with the rubbish and there were many things I wasn't recycling but I was actually able to, after feeling triggered I let that crap go and took action!!!!! I did my research and now I am aware and I take an extra second or few to make sure I am doing my rubbish right. IT WAS NOT HARD AT ALL!!! It was faster than scrolling down on fb news feed...

IT IS OUR JOB TO MAKE A CHANGE! We need to stop looking at others and see what they need to work on! We need to see what it is that we are not doing ourselves that can make the planet a better place! WE ARE RESPONSIBLE of Pachamama!
We only have one! and when we look up and not to our phone screen we get to see that we live in the most beautiful place!
Be kind to others as they also belong to the Earth, be kind to animals, they are our ECO SYSTEM! and we are disturbing their job FOR US! by feeding our desires, and ego! That needs to stop! We need to stop being selfish and we need to realized that we are all part of this game!
I have the link to a page that teaches us 50 things that we could do! NOW I AM NOT SAYING STOP LIVING YOUR LIFE HOW YOU LIVE IT! I am only saying, maybe you could do one or a few of this options without changing your life much. I don't expect everyone to be vegetarian, even though I wish that, but I do encourage people to eat free range! I know is more expensive but the cost that we will have to pay for not taking care of Pachamama will be irreversible and more than a few extra dollars.
It is a choice, it is what we prioritize, and right now we don't have the Earth as a priority, teach your kids how to be kind to the planet, share it and inspired others! I know I have inspired people myself to buy Free range, and even they feel better about it. So it is our choice, every tiny little action matters!!!!!

Inspiring my own soul

Last week was hard! I found myself going through negative thoughts and my state of mind was not the best one... I spent a long time judging myself for what I did or I didn't do. Forgetting all the hard work that I've already done and I still do!

But why? My understanding now is that for us to rise we need to feel vulnerable. I had to have those emotions to take action. The people around me told me that I can be too hard on me, and I know that, is never enough, and never perfect, always something that could of been better , and so on. All of these has inspired me to look back to who I was before the journey started, it made me take a moment to appreciate the steps, I am not where I was and that matters.

My yoga journal is my strength to carry on the journey. My fuel to realize the progress. It is written in that book that I decided to be a lion and fight for my dreams and goals and that I decided to jump and risk everything and that takes courage. So after been down I feel I've rise up even more, I feel so much stronger, I have so much more respect because it's in times of vulnerability where we get to see what we are made of! And I am made of courage, passion, love and respect! Two years ago Wanderlust Festival inspired me to actually gain some courage and do my teacher training. That's when I found Power Living which showed me the real me and also the best version of myself. Now I am living my days trying to do the same!

The sky is not the limit! The mind is.-

How do you inspired yourself? and how do you keep on track of your amazingness?
